I really appreciated the friendly reception staff, rencila and raka were helpful. they took the time to explain the metro system, even writing down directions for me. the location was perfect for seeing a show. St james's park was just a short walk away. the hotel felt okay all time and the cleanliness was really good (a big plus for me!).

It only fit about four people comfortably.

the room included a small fridge, which was really handy for keeping drinks cool, especially since the weather was warm. public transport was very accessible from the hotel, making it easy to explore the area.

The room was clean. The twin room was fabulous and very comfortable. I found a good range of bathroom amenities there. The staff members are very kind and helpful.

i noticed some wear on the carpets, perhaps they could be replaced soon.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed all my needs. the bathroom toiletries were excellent. the restaurant curry was delicious, and bar drinks were better value than some local pubs!

i did notice the windows didn't open fully, a very minor issue, though.
