really good kindness easy access useful iron

The staff demonstrated really good kindness and attention to detail. They assisted with my luggage upon arrival and promptly addressed any requests I had . The hotel's location is near the Earl's Court tube station. This offered easy access to various parts of the city. The hotel provided an iron and ironing board, which proved useful.

I noticed fraying on the carpet in my room. I thought this could use attention to improve the overall appearance.

friendly staff metro explanation clean hotel

I really appreciated the friendly reception staff, rencila and raka were helpful. they took the time to explain the metro system, even writing down directions for me. the location was perfect for seeing a show. St james's park was just a short walk away. the hotel safety was good and the cleanliness was really good (a big plus for me!).

The elevator was a bit small. It only fit about four people comfortably.

The room was clean. The twin room was fabulous and very comfortable. I found a good range of bathroom amenities there. The staff members are very kind and helpful.

i noticed some wear on the carpets, perhaps they could be replaced soon.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed all my needs. the bathroom toiletries were excellent. the restaurant curry was delicious, and bar drinks were better value than some local pubs!

i did notice the windows didn't open fully, a very minor issue, though.
