Our stay was enjoyable, with exceptional service from the staff and a perfect location near the Earl's Court tube station. However, while the initial room was quite cramped and uncomfortable, the staff quickly helped us move to a better room. The breakfast options could be improved as there was a lack of variety. Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement in specific areas.
